Luxury travel should feel effortless once you are experiencing it, but creating that experience requires far more than making reservations. The difference often lies in the decisions made before the journey begins.
For bespoke travel throughout Italy, I consider the trip as a complete experience. That may mean choosing between two regions, finding the right town to use as a base, selecting a hotel for its location as much as its design, deciding when a private guide adds value, or recognizing when another experience would simply make the itinerary too busy.
My destination knowledge extends beyond Italy’s most familiar places. Smaller towns, regional food and wine, distinctive hotels, countryside stays, coastlines, and lesser-known areas can all become part of the journey when they genuinely make sense for the traveler.
Yacht Acquisition Travel Concierge requires a different type of planning. Clients may be traveling between marinas, shipyards, yacht viewings, inspections, sea trials, and appointments in more than one destination. Schedules may move, locations may change, and the travel surrounding the process has to accommodate that reality. Drawing on more than fifteen years in the marine industry, I coordinate the accommodations, private transportation, routing, and travel logistics around the acquisition process.
I also assist with European river cruising, helping clients evaluate the itinerary, cruise line, ship, and cabin, along with pre- and post-cruise travel when needed. Select European journeys are available for clients whose plans are a strong fit for my approach.
Across each of these services, my role is not to add more simply for the sake of creating an impressive itinerary. It is to know what belongs, what does not, and how the different parts of the trip need to work together.
Behind the scenes, I manage the research, coordination, reservations, and logistics required to bring those decisions together. By the time you travel, the work should be largely invisible. What you experience is a journey that works.

How do I get started with planning my trip?
I do not book Airbnb properties. Instead, I work with hotels, villas, residences, and other professionally managed accommodations where the quality, service, location, and guest experience can be properly evaluated. This allows me to make recommendations with greater confidence and provide more support if an issue arises during the trip.
Can you book Airbnb accommodations?
Yes. I strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip, particularly when significant prepaid and nonrefundable arrangements are involved. It can provide valuable protection for unexpected cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical situations, and other unforeseen circumstances. I can provide trusted options for you to review, while the final coverage decision remains yours.
Do you recommend I use travel insurance to cover my trip?
Yes, for international travel I assist with Business Class and First Class airfare. I do not currently manage economy airfare. This allows my air service to remain focused on travelers seeking a higher level of comfort and service for long-haul travel.
